- ¿Cómo instalo OnePadel en Android?
- Mientras llega a Google Play, se instala desde onepadelapp.com/android. Mira el video o sigue los pasos; en algunos teléfonos los nombres cambian un poco.
- Toca Descargar OnePadel. Si Chrome pregunta, toca Descargar de todos modos.
- Cuando termine, toca Abrir en el aviso de Chrome, o abre OnePadel.apk en Descargas.
- La primera vez, Android pide permiso: toca Configuración.
- Activa Confiar en esta fuente y regresa.
- Toca Instalar.
- Si sale Google Play Protect, toca Analizar app.
- Te dirá que parece segura: toca Instalar.
- Toca Abrir y entra con tu cuenta.
- ¿Cómo organizo una reta o partida?
- Pulsa Jugar, elige el formato (Americano, Mexicano, Mixicano, Round Robin, Monrad, Beat the Box, King of the Court), añade a los jugadores y empieza. La app arma las rondas y los cruces; tú sólo apuntas los marcadores y la clasificación se actualiza sola.
- ¿Necesito cuenta?
- Sí. Entras con Apple (en el iPhone), Google, Facebook o tu correo. Así tu historial y tus gráficas te siguen a cualquier teléfono y otros jugadores pueden encontrarte.
- Un jugador no tiene la app
- Escríbelo a mano al montar la reta: juega y sale en la tabla igual. Lo que no acumula es historial propio, porque sin cuenta no se puede saber que el «Juan» de hoy es el mismo de la semana pasada.
- ¿Por qué no veo todas las gráficas?
- Cada gráfica aparece cuando hay datos suficientes para decir algo cierto (por ejemplo, tres partidos con la misma persona). La app te dice cuál es la siguiente que vas a desbloquear.
- ¿Cómo cancelo una reta en curso?
- En la cancha, pulsa cerrar y elige Descartar. Si lo que quieres es guardarla para seguir después, elige la otra opción.
- ¿Funciona en el reloj?
- Sí, en el Apple Watch y en relojes con Wear OS: muestra la ronda y el tiempo, y puede guardar la sesión como entrenamiento en Salud (iPhone) o en Health Connect (Android) si lo permites.
- ¿Cómo borro mi cuenta?
- En la app: Cuenta → Privacidad → Eliminar cuenta. Se borran tu foto, tu correo y tus datos de acceso. Tu nombre y tus resultados se quedan, sin foto, en lo que jugaste con otras personas. Más detalle en la política de privacidad.
- Algo no funciona
- Escríbenos contando qué pasó y qué estabas haciendo justo antes; el modelo de tu teléfono y la versión de su sistema ayudan.

- How do I install OnePadel on Android?
- Until it reaches Google Play, install it from onepadelapp.com/android. Watch the video or follow the steps (some screens are in Spanish; on some phones the names differ a little).
- Tap Download OnePadel. If Chrome asks, tap Download anyway.
- When it finishes, tap Open in Chrome's notice, or open OnePadel.apk in Downloads.
- The first time, Android asks for permission: tap Settings.
- Turn on Allow from this source and go back.
- Tap Install.
- If Google Play Protect shows up, tap Scan app.
- It will say the app looks safe: tap Install.
- Tap Open and sign in with your account.
- How do I run a session?
- Tap Play, pick a format, add the players and start. The app builds the rounds and matchups; you enter scores and the standings update themselves.
- Do I need an account?
- Yes. Sign in with Apple (on iPhone), Google, Facebook or email, so your history and charts follow you to any phone and other players can find you.
- A player doesn't have the app
- Type their name when you set up the session: they play and show up in the standings all the same. What they don't build is their own history, because without an account there's no way to know that today's «John» is the same one as last week.
- Why can't I see all the charts?
- Each chart appears once there's enough data to say something true (for example, three matches with the same person). The app tells you which one you'll unlock next.
- Does it work on my watch?
- Yes, on Apple Watch and on Wear OS watches: it shows the round and the time, and it can save the session as a workout in Health (iPhone) or Health Connect (Android) if you allow it.
- How do I cancel a session in progress?
- On court, tap close and choose Discard.
- How do I delete my account?
- In the app: Account → Privacy → Delete account. Your photo, email and sign-in details are deleted; your name and results stay, without a photo, in the games you played with others. See the privacy policy.
- Something's not working
- Email us what happened and what you were doing right before it.
