Estas son las reglas para usar OnePadel. Son cortas a propósito. Al crear una cuenta o usar la app, aceptas estos términos y la política de privacidad. Si no estás de acuerdo, no uses la app.
OnePadel la desarrolla y la ofrece Julio Augusto Sánchez García («nosotros»). Contacto: [email protected]. La app es gratuita y no tiene compras.
Tienes que tener al menos 13 años. Si eres menor de edad en tu país, necesitas el permiso de tu madre, padre o tutor.
Para usar OnePadel necesitas una cuenta (con Apple en el iPhone, o con Google, Facebook o tu correo):
Otras personas de la app ven tu nombre, tu foto de perfil y tus resultados: en el directorio, en las convocatorias y en cada reta o partida que juegan juntos. Ese contenido sigue siendo tuyo. Nos das permiso para guardarlo y mostrarlo a otras personas de OnePadel, y tu nombre y tus resultados a quien abra el enlace de una reta o partida compartida (salvo que quien la organiza la marque como privada), sólo en la medida en que haga falta para que la app funcione. No lo usamos para nada más ni lo vendemos.
Eres responsable de lo que publicas. Sube sólo fotos tuyas o que tengas derecho a usar.
Tenemos tolerancia cero con el contenido ofensivo o abusivo. No se permite:
Desde la ficha de cualquier persona puedes:
Revisamos cada reporte en menos de 24 horas. Si el contenido incumple estos términos, lo retiramos y suspendemos o eliminamos la cuenta de quien lo publicó.
Los marcadores los apunta quien organiza cada reta o partida. OnePadel los muestra tal como se introducen y no garantiza que sean exactos. Si ves un error, háblalo con quien la organizó o escríbenos.
Hacemos lo posible para que OnePadel funcione bien, pero la ofrecemos tal cual, sin garantías: puede tener fallos, pausas o cambios, y podemos modificar o retirar funciones.
En la medida en que lo permita la ley, no respondemos de daños indirectos ni de pérdidas de datos derivados del uso de la app, ni de lo que publiquen o hagan otras personas, dentro o fuera de la cancha. Nada de esto limita los derechos que la ley te reconozca y a los que no se pueda renunciar.
Puedes borrar tu cuenta cuando quieras desde Cuenta → Privacidad → Eliminar cuenta. Qué se borra y qué se conserva está explicado en la política de privacidad.
Podemos suspender o eliminar, sin previo aviso, las cuentas que incumplan estos términos.
Effective October 10, 2026, for iPhone, Apple Watch, Android and Wear OS. These are the rules for using OnePadel, kept short on purpose. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
OnePadel is developed and provided by Julio Augusto Sánchez García ("we"). Contact: [email protected]. The app is free and has no purchases.
You must be at least 13. If you are a minor where you live, you need permission from a parent or guardian.
You need an account to use OnePadel (with Apple on iPhone, or with Google, Facebook or email). Use your real name or the name people know you by on court, don't impersonate anyone, and keep access to your account safe: you are responsible for what's done from it. If you think someone got into your account, email us.
Other people in the app see your name, profile photo and results: in the directory, in events and in every session you play together. That content stays yours. You give us permission to store it and show it to other OnePadel users, and your name and results to anyone who opens the link of a shared session (unless the organizer marks it private), only as far as needed to run the app. We don't use it for anything else or sell it. You are responsible for what you post; only upload photos of yourself or that you have the right to use.
We have zero tolerance for offensive or abusive content. Not allowed:
From anyone's profile you can block them (from then on you each see the other as a deleted account: no photo, no profile, not in search; unblock in Account → Privacy) or report them, which sends an email to [email protected]. You can also email us directly.
We review every report within 24 hours. If the content breaks these terms, we remove it and suspend or delete the account that posted it.
Scores are entered by whoever organizes each session. OnePadel shows them as entered and doesn't guarantee they are accurate. If you spot a mistake, talk to the organizer or email us.
We do our best to keep OnePadel working well, but it is provided as is, without warranties: it may have bugs, outages or changes, and we may change or remove features. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages or data loss from using the app, or for what other people post or do, in the app or on court. Nothing here limits rights the law gives you that can't be waived.
You can delete your account anytime in Account → Privacy → Delete account; the privacy policy explains what is deleted and what is kept. We may suspend or delete, without notice, accounts that break these terms.
If we change these terms, we'll update this page and the date above, and let you know in the app if the change is significant. Continuing to use the app means you accept the new terms. Questions: [email protected]
