Effective October 28, 2026, for iPhone, Apple Watch, Android and Wear OS. OnePadel runs casual padel sessions and keeps your playing history. You need an account to use it: your profile and sessions are stored on our server so they look the same on any phone and so other players can find you.
Sign in with Google, Facebook or email, and on iPhone also with Apple. We store your name, profile photo, the email or phone you sign in with, and the sessions you organize or play in, with their rounds and results — used only to run the app (history, charts, standings). Your history belongs to your account, not the phone: signing out removes it from that phone, and it comes back when you sign in again, on that phone or another. The data is hosted by Supabase, acting as our service provider. From the sign-in provider we receive only your name, email and photo.
OnePadel is a playing community. With an account, your name, photo and sports results are visible to other users, who can find you by name, because your email or phone is in their contacts (phone or Google) or because they are your Facebook friends. Your email and phone are never shown to anyone. When you sign up for an event, anyone with its link sees your first name and photo in the list of who is going. A session shared by link is visible to anyone with the link unless the organizer marks it private. To stop your contacts and Facebook friends from finding you, turn off “Let my friends find me” in Account › Privacy. To be excluded from name search, email us.
In Community › Find friends you can look for people who already use OnePadel in three places. Each one asks for its own permission when you tap it, and you can use one, two or none. If you sign in with Facebook, Facebook also asks, at sign-in, for permission to tell us which of your friends use OnePadel, so you can find each other from the start; you can turn it off on that same screen («Edit access») and still sign in.
contacts.readonly), turns them into hashes right there and does the same as with the address book. We don't read names or any other contact data, and the Google permission never leaves your phone and isn't stored.user_friends permission; Facebook doesn't give us the rest of your list). We compare them with OnePadel accounts and forget them. We only keep the identifier Facebook gives you for OnePadel, so your Facebook friends can find you.We don't store your address book, your Google contacts, your friends list or any hash, and we don't use any of this for advertising or share it with anyone. A contact without an account isn't recorded anywhere.
Let my friends find me. Only people who have you in their contacts (phone or Google) or are your Facebook friends can find you. You can turn it off in Account › Privacy and you'll stop showing up in all three searches; you can also forget your saved Facebook there. Deleting your account removes it too.
Google data. OnePadel's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
If you allow notifications, Apple (on iPhone) or Google, through Firebase Cloud Messaging (on Android), gives your phone a code to receive them. We store it with your account only to send you OnePadel notifications: changes, cancellations and reminders for your sessions, results, invitations, when someone signs you up or adds you as a friend and, if you organize, who signs up or drops out. It can't identify you outside OnePadel and we don't share it with anyone. It's deleted when you sign out or delete your account, and you can turn notifications off anytime in your phone's Settings.
Apple Health (optional): handled through HealthKit on your device; health data never reaches our server. Live scores: while a session is played, the organizer's app publishes the round, timer, matchups and scores on our server so the organizer, its players and whoever follows that event can watch it live. It's the same information that later stays in the session's result.
Wear OS watch and Health Connect (optional): if you use OnePadel on a Wear OS watch and give permission, the watch measures your heart rate and the calories you burn while you play a session, and only then. When it ends, the watch sends that summary (when it started and ended, the breaks between rounds, the calories, your heart rate and the watch model) to your paired Android phone through Google Play services, and OnePadel saves it in Health Connect as a workout. OnePadel only writes to Health Connect: it does not read any data from Health Connect. Your health data never reaches our server, is not sold, is not used for advertising and is not shared with anyone. The use of information from Health Connect adheres to the Health Connect Permissions policy, including its Limited Use requirements. You can decline (the app works the same, without heart rate), revoke the permission in the watch settings (Apps → OnePadel → Permissions) or in Health Connect, and delete the saved workouts from Health Connect.
Like any internet service, our server records the IP address you connect from. Every few hours, a process of ours uses it to estimate each account's approximate city (with a downloaded database, without querying any other service) and keeps only how many accounts there are in each city and state, never any one person's city. We use it to know where OnePadel is used. We don't use your exact location or your phone's GPS, and it's never used for advertising or tracking.
From version 1.3, the iPhone app tells our server whether you have the OnePadel app installed on your Apple Watch, and each session records whether it was run from the watch (the round timer or the score). It is stored with your account and we only use it to know how much the watch is used and to improve it. It carries no health data (no heart rate, calories or motion) and it's never used for advertising or tracking.
If this website fails, or if the app crashes or fails from version 1.1 on (version 1.0 sends no reports), we send a report to Sentry, the service we use to find and fix bugs. The report includes the error, where in the program it happened, the phone or browser model, the system version and the OnePadel version. It does not include your name, email, phone number, photo, contacts or IP address, is not linked to your account, contains no screenshots, and is never used for advertising or tracking. Sentry acts as our service provider and does not use this data for its own purposes.
No advertising or third-party tracking. We don't sell or share data with advertisers.
In the app: Account → Privacy → Delete account. Your photo, email, phone and sign-in details (Apple, Google or Facebook) are deleted for good. Your name and results stay in the games you played with other people, because they are part of their history too: they show only your name and initials, with no photo, and nobody can open your profile or find you in search. Email us if you also want your name removed.
You can block a person from their profile. From then on you each see the other as a deleted account: no photo, no profile, not in search. Results you played together don't change. Unblock in Account → Privacy; to report someone, email us.
OnePadel is not directed at children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect their data. Questions: [email protected]
